It’s time to announce the first round of speakers for Healthy Kids of Seinäjoki Conference 2020.

Prof. Albert Lee from Chinese University of Hong Kong is the first key-note speaker we would like to introduce.
Prof. Lee will speak about effective health promotion and indicators for success in supporting health and wellbeing of children. He has also expertise in developing the framework for the evaluation of healthy cities.

PhD Carola Ray from Folkhälsan will speak about The DAGIS, a consortium study focusing on preschool children’s energy balance-related behaviours (EBRB) and stress and how they are influenced by factors at preschool and at home. www.folkhalsan.fi/en/research/public-health/group-roos/

Prof. Kalle Kurppa comes from Tampere University. He has also a position of Epanet Professor in South Ostrobothnia Region in Western Finland. As an Epanet Professor he is responsible for the research and development in the field of health promotion of children and adolescents. He has a special expertise also in the research of celiac disease of children.
